These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the PKK33 website, located at pkk33.cam, and any associated services, mobile-optimised pages, applications or features provided under the PKK33 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by the PKK33 operator ("we", "us", "our").

PKK33 is an online gambling and sports betting platform that offers cricket betting, sports wagering, live casino, slots, table games, esports betting and related entertainment products. The Platform is intended exclusively for adult users who access it voluntarily and who are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in their location.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. PKK33 does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Users in Pakistan should be aware of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable provincial or federal legislation. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before proceeding.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, where the Platform is not licensed to operate, or where accepting the Platform's services would be unlawful.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of PKK33 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless the operator has provided explicit written consent.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

PKK33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable time period may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds derived from activity conducted while eligibility was in question.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, device, IP address, household or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, PKK33 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any open Wagers and withhold any Balance pending investigation.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure without refund of Balance derived from activity conducted using false credentials.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. PKK33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

PKK33 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address dated within three months, and proof of payment method ownership. PKK33 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. PKK33 lists various payment references familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples of methods that may be available. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice and does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any listed provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. PKK33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been completed to the satisfaction of PKK33. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, in compliance with AML requirements. PKK33 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section. PKK33 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated for each method but cannot guarantee processing times where delays are attributable to third-party payment providers.

5.3 Currency

Transactions may be denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or another currency as specified by the operator at the time of Account registration. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are applied at the rate displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. PKK33 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees applied by your payment provider.

5.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. PKK33 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Account Balances as detailed in the Platform's fee schedule. Users will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero Balance that remain inactive for an extended period may be closed.

PKK33 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback schemes and other incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Promotions are available to eligible Users only, as defined by the specific terms of each offer. PKK33 reserves the right to exclude any User from a Promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before any resulting winnings may be transferred to the withdrawable Balance. Wagering Requirements and any game contribution rates will be stated clearly in the Promotion terms.
• Bonus funds that remain subject to Wagering Requirements cannot be withdrawn. Requesting a withdrawal before Wagering Requirements are met may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from Bonus funds.
• Each Promotion is available once per eligible User, per household, per IP address and per device, unless the specific Promotion terms state otherwise.
• PKK33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any Promotion at any time and to reclaim Bonus funds where Promotion terms have been breached.
• The use of multiple Accounts, exploitation of technical errors or any other form of Promotion abuse will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of all Balance.

PKK33 publishes sport-specific and product-specific betting rules within the relevant sections of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the Platform:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. Wagers cannot be cancelled, altered or reversed by the User after confirmation except where a specific cash-out or edit-bet feature is available and has been exercised within the permitted window.
• PKK33 reserves the right to void any Wager that was accepted in error — including Wagers accepted at clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or pricing error — and to return the staked amount to the User's Account Balance.
• Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply per event and per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. PKK33 reserves the right to apply individual Account limits to Users without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the result as determined by the relevant sporting authority (including the Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC or other governing body) will be used to settle Wagers, subject to the Platform's specific settlement rules.
• Live in-play Wagers are subject to a short delay between submission and confirmation. PKK33 does not guarantee acceptance of any live Wager and may reject submissions where odds have changed materially during the submission delay.
• Winnings from Wagers placed with real-money Balance funds are credited to the withdrawable Balance immediately upon settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account using false identity information.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers, exploit Platform features or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any arrangement to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to exploit poker, live casino or any other multi-player product.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct transactions that conceal the source of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith.
• Abusing the customer support team or any Platform employee through threatening, offensive or discriminatory communications.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, including through the use of VPN services or other obfuscation methods to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of PKK33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from PKK33.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping or similar automated data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws, exposing the User to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKK33, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or personal injury — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. PKK33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

PKK33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

PKK33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses. We provide the following responsible gambling tools within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual play sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your Account for a short defined period when you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

PKK33 takes its obligations to protect minors seriously. We will close and void the Accounts of any User found to be under the minimum eligible age. Any deposits made by underage Users will be returned and no winnings will be paid.

12.1 Suspension by PKK33

PKK33 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity; KYC verification is outstanding or documentation has been found to be fraudulent; the Account has been accessed by an ineligible User; or any other breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.

12.2 Closure by PKK33

Where an investigation following suspension confirms a material breach of these Terms, PKK33 may permanently close the Account. In such cases, PKK33 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance where it represents the proceeds of prohibited activity, pending investigation and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

12.3 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing an Account closure request, PKK33 will confirm your identity and ensure that no open Wagers or pending withdrawal requests remain on the Account. Any remaining withdrawable Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.4 Self-Exclusion

A self-exclusion request is treated as a permanent Account closure for responsible gambling purposes. PKK33 will make every reasonable effort to prevent a self-excluded User from opening a new Account on the Platform. Users who have self-excluded should also contact other gambling operators they use to apply equivalent exclusions across all platforms.

PKK33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users by email to the address held on their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, with a reasonable period of advance notice before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are modified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.3.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed, as specified by the operator.

PKK33 does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan or in any other specific territory. Users access the Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. The existence of these Terms does not constitute legal advice, and PKK33 strongly recommends that users obtain independent legal advice regarding their obligations under applicable local law before using the Platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a Wager or the application of these Terms, Users should first contact PKK33 customer support at [email protected]. PKK33 will endeavour to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, it will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's applicable licence, details of which will be provided upon request.
